We offer free initial advice over the phone regarding your computer issue, including whether it’s fixable and an estimated time-frame for the repair. If you decide to bring your device to us for a check or repair, most issues can be resolved within an hour for a fee of €60.
If the repair is likely to take longer, we will provide you with a quote and a time-frame before proceeding. Please note that the €60 fee applies even if you choose not to proceed with the repair after we’ve checked your device. Should the repair extend beyond the first hour, additional time will be charged at a rate of €60 per hour. However, we cap the total cost for any single visit to us at €300, this means that regardless of the time required, you will never be charged more than €300 for a single visit to us, ensuring fair and predictable pricing.
Please be aware that the cost of any necessary parts is not included in this fee. If parts are required, we will inform you after the initial check and provide a detailed breakdown of any additional costs before moving forward.
All prices include VAT. We are based in Retreat, Athlone, Westmeath, Ireland.

We offer free initial advice over the phone regarding your computer issue, including whether it’s fixable and an estimated time-frame for the repair.
For on-site services at your location, we charge a fee of €120, which includes a thorough inspection of your equipment and up to one hour of service at your location. Most issues are typically resolved within this time. Upon arrival, we will assess your equipment and inform you within the first 15 minutes if the job is expected to take longer than one hour.
Should the service extend beyond the initial hour, any additional time will be charged at a rate of €60 per hour. However, to ensure transparency and manage costs, we cap the total fee for any single on-site service visit to your location at €360. This means that regardless of the time required, you will never be charged more than €360 for a single call-out visit to your location, ensuring fair and predictable pricing.
Our service area for call-outs covers a 15-20 km radius from Athlone town centre, including Athlone, Ballinasloe, Lecarrow, Ballymahon, Glasson, Moate, Ballinahown, Ferbane, and surrounding areas.
Please note that the cost of any necessary parts is not included in this fee. If parts are required to complete the repair, we will advise you after the initial check and provide a clear breakdown of any additional costs before proceeding.
