Setting Up cPanel Email on Outlook (Windows Desktop) Print

Open Outlook and go to File → Add Account.

Select Manual setup and click Next.

Choose POP or IMAP and click Next.

Enter your name, email address, and incoming/outgoing mail servers:

• Incoming Server (IMAP/POP): mail.yourdomain.com

• Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com

Enter your email address and password.

Click More Settings → Outgoing Server, enable My outgoing server requires authentication.

Under Advanced, set:

• IMAP: Port 993 (SSL) or 143 (Non-SSL)

• SMTP: Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)

Click OK, then Next, and Finish.
