1 Year, Options 1, 2 & 3 renew annually.

Initial Setup Payment Terms: 65% Up front. 35% on Completion. (See “How Long Does It Take” Section above)
Renewal Payment Terms: Paid in full, once per year, starting at the end of year 1. The annual cycle starts on your initial sign-up date.
Customer financial transactions
Card payments from your customers are processed on your website by Shopify or PayPal and income from those transactions go directly from Shopify or PayPal to your own bank account. Payments from your customers do NOT come to us.
Tax, Accounting and Book Keeping
You are responsible for handling your own tax affairs. Reports can be exported from Shopify that you or your accountant will need for accounting purposes.

Shopify Payment Processing Fees
This is a fee that Shopify charge on each order placed on your website using Shopify Payments.
Card rates:
2% + €0.25 EUR online excl. VAT
1.7% + €0.00 EUR in person excl. VAT
2% 3rd-party payment providers, excluding PayPal.
Transaction fees go directly to Shopify and are NOT included with your fee paid to us.
PayPal Payment Processing Fees
This is a fee that PayPal charge on each order placed on your website using PayPal. PayPal fees range from 1.2% to 3.4% + €0.25 to €0.35 based on currency received. PayPal do not charge VAT. Transaction fees go directly to PayPal and are NOT included with your fee paid to us.
Shopify monthly Bill
There is an additional fee charged by Shopify of €32 (Ex VAT) per month for use of the the Shopify system.
Shopify Monthly App fees
Shopify Apps’ add additional functionality to your online store. If you have requested we use any Shopify Apps, the cost of those depends on the apps used. We will advise you on this in our consultation as to what apps you may need if any, depending on your required functionality. Apps are optional. You dont need apps unless you need advanced features. The cost of most apps is from a little as €5 per month, per app. Paying for ready built apps will be far cheaper than paying a developer like us to build your own custom app.
Terms & Conditions
Your 65% Upfront payment is partially refundable should you change your mind. We will deduct an amount for hours worked and any costs incurred by us up until the date you cancel. We will require you to sign a legally binding contract agreeing to this before making payment to us. Please Understand, once we have commenced working on your website, that is working hours spent.
We urge you think very seriously before committing to an agreement with us, take time to discuss this service with collegues and friends before making a payment to us.
You can upgrade to any of our other plans and plan options, at any time. The cost of upgrading is the difference between your current plan option and the new plan option on a pro-rata basis, as in, time left until the end of your current cycle.
DNS, Email Hosting & Domain name renewal fee of €49 per year applies if you cancel option 3 mid-cycle. If you have a .IE domain with us, there is an additional fee of €45 per year.
After completion of your website. You can cancel your plan with us and move your DNS, Email Hosting & Domain name services to another provider at any time. Your Shopify store will not be affected, but may be offline for 24 to 72 hours during that move. If you cancel and move to another provider, previously paid fees to us will NOT be refunded. No further payments will be due to us after the date of cancelation.
You will be required to verify your identification and bank account details for pay-outs with Shopify and PayPal, as well as provide a payment method to Shopify for paying your Shopify monthly hosting+app fees bill, either a credit/debit card or PayPal account.
Should any verification process between You and Shopify or PayPal fail due to your own error, and if you cannot rectify the situation, Shopify will close your account and all data will be lost. In this case, you will be entitled to a partial refund from us, we will deduct an amount for hours worked and any costs incurred by us up until the date Shopify close your account. We will require you to sign a legally binding contract agreeing to this before making payment to us. Please Understand, once we have commenced working on your website, that is working hours spent. We will however, guide you through the verification process at the beginning, before we commence work on your website to minimise any potential loss. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss in this case.
Shopify as a third party reserves the right to suspend and/or close your online store and suspend your pay-outs at any time in accordance with their terms and conditions, for which we shall bear no liability. We will advise on this and how to make sure this does NOT happen to you, during the free consultation.
